Cardinal Oscar Andres Rodriguez Maradiaga has asked emphatically ex president Manuel Zelaya Rosales not to come to Honduras to prevent bloodshed.
The Cardinal warned his "friend Jose Manuel Zelaya" that if "he comes back to Honduras at this right moment could unleash a bloodshed".
In a national radio and television transmission broadcasted this saturday, Maradiaga asked the American States Organization (ASO) that it pays attention to the illegal acts that have been occurring in the country before June 28, when the president Manuel Zelaya was captured and separated from his post.
Zelaya was removed from office sunday june 28 by the military, in compliance with a judicial order, after pretending to make a popular inquiry with the aim to reform the Constitution, which was considered illegal by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and the Supreme Court.
